Mixed Bag

Since my last post, a lot has happened.. I appeared for the toughest exams I ever thought to give, went on a vacation and joined back my training place.. Although its been just four days that I have joined back this place, each and every day is coming as a surprise to me.. stupid stories have started to take place, there's just food and food every 10 minute and the atmosphere has become super-lively.. I am kind of enjoying it.. But I know, this wont last forever.. Just a few days more and I'll be either back home or pursue something else..

The last four years have been so joyous here.. At the beginning, it was like "I can't even survive here even for a day" and now it has become a habit..

There's a lot more to come.. I'm just keeping mah fingers crossed.. :)

Thrilled..!!

Watched "13 going 30" last month, and I am completely delighted by the movie.. It made me revive my love for the songs that it had especially THRILLER (M.J.), Love is a Battlefield (Pat Benatar) and Jessie's Girl (Rick Springfield)- some of the classic songs from the 80's.. and then I realised that I hadn't listened for a long time.. When I bluetooth-ed them to my phone and it was playing the Thriller; everything seemed to be related to it.. the pen in my hand had the label "Linc- Thrill", and the model of the calculator I was using had the product no. MJ-120D.. It was surprisingly funny for me.. and then the best part of the song came.. "Thriller.. Thriller..!!" so my hands clubbed in the "paw position" as seen in the video..!!

M.J. will stay in our hearts forever and ever.. R.I.P..

Channel "V"= Rescuer of my Boredom

Its my latest crush these days.. the new shows are superb especially V Gumrah.. Great job done by the "V" team.. the strategy is fab.. since the concept is almost similar to that of crime patrol on sony channel, i felt that 'V' has succeeded in gaining more eyeballs of the 'Teen' age group..

Its for the latest generation to understand and know that moral responsibilities are more important than being cool.. that our parents are always right in guiding us during the years when we seem to ignore them in light of the peer pressure..that just one single mistake during these critical stage of growth can ruin the coming 20 years of your life..

BTW topper of the year- Suvreen Guggal turned out to be a disappointment for me as i took to be a chat show from its trailers-- "Suvreen Guggal puchegi kuch aise he sawaal".. but somehow it is interesting due to the college cut-off being 100% thing..

Another one is V "Humse Hai Life".. based on school life.. though i had got bored of watching the school and the college trivia but is somewhat interesting and gets my eyeballs glued to it because of Himansh and Yuvraaj.. ;)

Actually I shouldn't have used the word 'boredom' as it is used for the ones who have nothing really to do unlike me.. I have like tonnes of syllabus pending..and i should better gear up for the exams as they are approaching.. :@ And there's just one relief- My overloaded classes and commuting headache is finally over.. :D

Anyways the Navratras are starting from today so its a big big festive season here..

A Lightly surprising Day.. :)

Prep Leaves can never make my days good.. Its all about sleeping late, waking up late, 'rush'ing for classes, meeting the friends, sitting for near about 3 hours scribbling pages, studying even while commuting (dad says its the best utilization of time :-l I havent been able to find this out even after grad >:-O), sleeping again, waking up, studying.. and the cycle has been continuing since the past 3 months..

Though today was almost the same, with no major changes, yet some little surprising things happened.. met one of my "once best friend" after a long long time.. there was less spark and it was sans chemistry, felt as if it was just a formal meeting.. But i felt happy when the "Rushme" thing came along.. :)

And yes, I also invented another meaning for "self-study" with my soul pal.. ;) Disclosing it here would be a bit offensive (at least to me!).. the teasing continues and i miss my pal.. :)

Off to studies again..

I miss crafting..

Classes.. Studies.. Sleep.. These things have pre-occupied me so much that I have kind of forgotten my first love.. Crafting and making cards..!
But the exams are near and its time to really work hard upon them..
If it would have been a usual year sans exams, I would have definitely made things and stuff for my siblings for their birthday..
Although a finance and accounts student, yet I have an immense love for cards and crafting.. It makes me feel good and it makes the one who receives them feel awesome as well.. :) After all, Everyone Loves cards on their special day..! Its the simplest way to say so many things- be it birthday, sorry, Thanksgiving, Get Well Soon.. I haven't tried them all but I am sure to try it after exams..At least that's what I plan to do..

But at times I think that the craze for such things goes high on me specially during exam time.. all the uninteresting things in the world attract me for no reason.. Even the Doordarshan's classical show seem better than going through a chapter of Audit..! and after wasting a day or two, there's my heart, filled with guilt for not studying at all.. and a clock keeps ticking in my mind reminding me of the number of days left for the D- day to come..!!
In all this, I keep asking myself if I have become too obsessed with exams/ studies.. well I am not the only one facing them.. ;) and for whatever may happen- I have to go on forever and ever..

My First Post

So finally after 2 hours of random work on the Internet, I have successfully managed to create, design and update my blog.. I am not a sort of regular blogger with lots of interesting and unimaginable things to post about rather its just a way as to how I see things in my life in my own style..
And the credit of this first post goes to my upcoming exams.. hadn't I been stressed about my exams, the lack of time, the vast syllabus and my laziness to start over anything; I wouldnt have come up with this piece..
And the 'Rush' continues..
